Rum Balls

Ingredients

- 1 (10 to 12 ounce) box of vanilla wafers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup very finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- ½ cup rum (or brandy for brandy balls)
- extra confectioner's sugar for rolling
Directions

- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Form into one-inch balls and roll in the confectioners' sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
