Ingredients Edit

  • 1 (10 to 12 ounce) box of vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup very finely chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • ½ cup rum (or brandy for brandy balls)
  • extra confectioner's sugar for rolling

Directions Edit

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Form into one-inch balls and roll in the confectioners' sugar.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
